Our Firm Our lawyers combine the best aspects of big firm litigation experience with the individualized, efficient and client-centered approach of a small firm. Messrs. Higer Lichter & Givner have over a combined 60 years of legal experience honed at three of Miami’s most prestigious law firms. We represent Fortune 500 companies and individuals in a wide variety of business, insurance, corporate, intellectual property, and catastrophic injury matters while engaging actively in alternative dispute resolution.
Associates
Our associates are paired directly with one of the firm’s senior partners to establish a fertile ground for training and the exchange of ideas. The small size of our firm allows for substantial and early client contact. Associates are generally assigned to cases, not projects (so they can better understand how a matter develops from pre-filing to resolution). They are encouraged to take a proactive role in prosecuting and defending our litigation. It is not uncommon for associates to gain courtroom experience much earlier than their peers in larger firms.
The firm strongly encourages its young lawyers to participate in professional and civic organizations and we support a variety of training for our associates.
